What is transformation?

An act, process, or instanced of transforming or being transformed. To change in composition and structure. A transformation is an extreme radical change.

What doe transformation mean in Science?

Definition. noun, plural: transformations. (1) The act, state or process of changing, such as in form or structure; the conversion from one form to another. (2) (biology) Any change in an organism that alters its general character and mode of life.

The Four Types of Transformation as expressed in mathematics are:

1.       Rotation

2.       Reflection

3.      Translation

4.      Enlargement/Re-Sizing

Let’s apply these types of transformation to our own human condition.

Turning and looking at things in another way. Literally, turning our thinking in a new way.

Using the past to review the things that we were able to overcome. Strength and growth are classically created by trials and errors. Give thanks for how far you have come and gratitude for the interesting and continued life journey ahead.

Make your transformation the biggest, brightest idea in your mind! Create a plan. Instead of trying to tackle it all at once, break it down into small steps so that you can make progress day by day.

Each week through the month of July, we will review and discuss a couple of these concepts.

Step 1 – Change Your Belief or Mindset

Our beliefs dictate how we operate in this world. Changing your beliefs or your mindset can change your entire life. In the words of Wayne Dyer, “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” 

One of the most effective ways to change your beliefs and your mindset is by adopting healthy habits that conditioned your mind for success. This is supported by research that shows that the best way to bring change into your life is by creating new routines and sticking to them until they become habits.

I believe that you always have to be in a state of positive anticipation because, at any moment, something new might trigger you and change the way you look at things. Have you ever read the same book a few times, and when you read it the 3rd time, you get an “aha” moment that creates a paradigm shift in your mentality?

Step 2 – Make A Decision and Commit

Once you've changed your mindset, now you need to make a decision to learn how to transform your life. Have you ever made a commitment that didn’t stick?

The fact of the matter is that, when you commit to something, everything changes. Learning how to commit isn't just about making a commitment. Rather, it's about keeping those commitments on a consistent basis, no matter what. One of the main reasons why people don’t succeed in achieving their goals is because they lack discipline. These people are known as dabblers. They love the initial excitement that comes with starting something new. However, once things get difficult, they bail, because they are not fully committed to transforming their lives.

Make a decision that you will no longer sit on the sidelines of life. That you will rise up and transform yourself into the person that you desire to be. Masters do whatever it takes to transform their lives. When they commit to something, they are in it 100%. They have dedicated their lives to mastery, and as a result, they remain hyper-focused and always achieve their dreams.

The Simple Path to Inner Liberation

The heavy “me” becomes a burden. Acting out the conditions of the past, hoping that the future will get better. You are acting it out every moment. It can’t get better if you are trapped in the condition. It is amazing, but it is so simple to get out of it, but nobody seems to know it or very few people. Why is that? It is almost like a conspiracy, let’s not mention liberation. On CNN, I don’t think they have ever mentioned it. Let’s keep quiet about this. It is so simple to become free of the limited little conditioned person and every person is a little person, even if you are the President of this or that. It is very limiting and one day you will no longer be the President and then, you’ll get old and suddenly your social function and position is no longer there. Oh, who am I now? Just an old man. All of this, it’s so simple to go beyond the conditioning to make it better to become a bigger person, a more important person, to wait for the world to tell you, you are important, that you are somebody. It might do and then change its mind ant tell you that you are no body. It starts with as simple thing to hold attention of your mind in your hands, unless you can feel the entire body. Initially it is enough for you to perceive and look around, and there becomes a clarity of perception pureness of perception when the conditioned is no longer operating.

Right now, you can be free in this moment. Mind waves will come and go but you can always be free in this moment, simple by entering the state of presence. Hold attention in your hands and entire body and then you are looking and listening. The sense perceptions of looking, hearing, seeing and plays a vast energy field. There is the vastness of being as the perception arises it is fine. It is like a deeper person is looking through your eyes. Consciousness itself, is looking unconditioned. You could almost say when you are present and the conditioned is not operating on you anymore, you become the presence of God, because that is the unconditioned consciousness, the pure beingness, out of which all of the world’s arise, all of the galaxies everything…it is beyond that.

Could it start with something as simple as feeling your hands and looking around a room? That’s amazing. You don’t have to go to a monastery in the far east or spend 20 years in arduous meditation practice or study for years to get a certificate? The entry into it is so simple and this is a practice you do for yourself at home at any time. Sit and connect with the entire energy field of the body. Then proceed to listen and look and you will see the compulsion to label or run away from the moment. Underneath the perception there is intense aliveness. That is the secret. Underneath it, even if thoughts float in and out, there is an incredible energy field.
