This class is thoughtfully crafted to honor the body's natural rhythms through a hybrid NSDR (No Sleep Deep Rest) flow.
A gentle and slow sequence of poses and deep stretches is paired with calming pranayama (breathwork), meditation, and a profound theta-level savasana to conclude the practice.
As the sun begins to set in the late afternoon, our body's systems and energy levels shift as well. By aligning with the Circadian Rhythm, we can connect with our innate flow of energy, promoting optimal well-being and tranquility.

Circadian Flow classes are held in the evening, focusing on a calm, mindful intention with a deep stretch pace. These vinyasa sessions align with the energy and rhythm of the evening circadian clock cycle, featuring a slow to medium pace and concluding with a restorative 15-minute rest.
Awaken Your Body classes are designed for the morning, aimed at energizing the body through a traditional mixed flow vinyasa style.
